Returns Policy

 

We do not accept general returns on Pokémon cards due to the nature of the items. All cards sold are considered collectibles and classed as used items, even when described as “near mint” or “mint condition”, and are therefore non-returnable under standard conditions.

 

We only accept returns in the following exceptional circumstances:

 

  1. You received the wrong card (e.g. different card or variation than ordered).

  2. The item arrived severely damaged in transit, and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of packaging and item damage.

  3. Graded slabs that arrive cracked or compromised in transit — photo proof must be supplied immediately.

 

 

To request a return under one of these exceptions, please:

 

  • Contact us via email or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging, the card, and any damage.

 

 

Please note:

 

  • All returns are checked against recorded packing footage and high-resolution photos taken at dispatch.

  • Tampering, switching cards, or fraudulent return attempts will be reported to the appropriate marketplace and may result in account action.

  • Return shipping for accepted claims will be covered by us, and refunds will be processed once the item is returned and verified.

Ordering, Shipping and Returns

Delivery Policy

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of order confirmation. All items are packaged securely in protective packaging.

 

 

 Shipping Options

Free shipping on orders ovder £20

 

Orders under £150:

 

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days).

  • Customers may choose to upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm for an additional fee.

 

 

Orders of £150 or more:

 

  • Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (next working day, insured and tracked).

 

 

All tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping information.
